1. Who we are

exrah ("we", "us") designs and builds custom event RSVP websites. This policy explains how we handle information on this website and in the services we provide. Questions: homzobe@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, and information about your event. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to deliver the services you purchase: building your website, communicating with you about your project, and providing ongoing support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Demo content

The sample websites shown on this page contain fictional names, dates, and contact details for demonstration only. Any interaction you have with the demos stays in your own browser and is not transmitted to us.

5. Cookies & local storage

This site uses local browser storage to remember your cookie preference and to power the interactive demos. Our payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and payment processing. You can manage preferences via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer and through your browser settings.

6. Client site data

Websites we build for clients may collect RSVP information from their guests. That data belongs to the client (the event host). We access it only as needed to provide the service, and we protect it with password-restricted dashboards and industry-standard hosting security.

7. Retention & your rights

We keep project information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, which we honor.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

1. Agreement

By placing an order with exrah you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase our services.

2. Services & delivery

RSVP websites are custom digital products built to your specifications. Turnaround windows (including the 24-hour rush option) begin only once we have received both payment and all event details and materials we request. Delays caused by missing client materials extend timelines accordingly.

3. Payment

RSVP websites are a one-time fee payable in advance. Promotional pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time and applies only to new orders.

4. Revisions & refunds

Custom RSVP sites include reasonable revisions until the design meets the agreed brief. Because custom work begins promptly after payment, fees become non-refundable once design work has started, except where required by law. If we are unable to deliver the agreed work, we will refund what you paid for the undelivered portion.

5. Client responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use all content you provide (names, photos, music, artwork) and that your event or business is lawful. You are responsible for the accuracy of event details and for how you collect and use your guests' or customers' information.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own your site's content and design as delivered. exrah retains ownership of underlying tools, code libraries, and techniques, and a license to display the delivered work (with identifying details anonymized) in our portfolio and marketing.

7. Hosting & third parties

Sites rely on third-party services (hosting, databases, payment processors). We choose reputable providers but are not liable for their outages or changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, exrah's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed RSVPs, or event disruptions.

9. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service for unlawful use, abusive conduct, or non-payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
